I love good Ol boys that are super smart...they are out there and Shenandoah Rental has one! The manager adapted well to a short notice change that required him to quickly ready a truck for our use. Extremely friendly and helpful. Saved the day by being open on a Sunday and gave a huge amount of relief to us after having a difficult day. I will highly recommend Shenandoah Rental.Not particularly satisfied with U-Haul as a company. Did not receive the guaranteed truck and U-Haul is not honoring the $50 guarantee. Closed when I got there but plenty of room for the 24 hour drop off. Spread the trailers out a bit more so return is easier
