Rather than a valence, we received a "decorative bunting," a line of fabric flags that I guess will hang over the window but will not look as nice as a valence. Instead of the three wall hangings and a diaper stacker, we got two cheap little blankets, a crib rail guard, and they counted the cheap plastic tote it all came in as the tenth item.
