You all are doing a great job.. Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions.. Made our move easy .. My reservation was at 7am so i got there at 6:50 Mr. Lugo saw me and my husband and did not say hello nor, the casual "ill be with you in a moment". Was very rude and direct when checking us in. I always say, if you dont want to work, why go in to work? Did not meet customer service expectations. On the other hand LARRY TRAVIS was excellent! He was such a sweet heart. Said hello in a kind warm manner and gave us excellent customer service. He went above and beyond expectations.! I really enjoyed talking to him then Mr. Lugo he did not even smile at all Make it quicker to pick up the trucks without waiting in line . My pick up time was 7 and ingot it at 730am due to people in line. I am a long time customer and love using this facility and the staff are helpful Put a ramp on all trucks or sell a ramp separately. I got a 10' truck thinking it came with a ramp but to my surprise when it was time to move the heavy furniture and appliances there was no way other then to break our backs trying to put the items onto the truck.

I called customer service to ask about the ramp and she told me it only came in the bigger truck in which I did not need that big of a truck for a few items. Driver said steering pulling to the right. Truck might need alignment. Excellent staff, they are always professional and helpful! Have more people at the counter checking people in, someone that's knowledgeable about what's going on. The guy was talking to me like I haven't rented a truck from U-Haul before.

We were in and out in a timely manner... Equipment was maintained, but not clean. Used the 10' truck. The only problem was the line at the check in counter. Very slow and long because only one person was working the counter. Have employee tell customer the whole total and not the total before the truck rental fee. The manager was rude and prices were misleading. Advertising a 7$ rental price but because it's one way it's $10. There is 10 point font saying the price is different and no one can read that from behind the counter.
