I was being charged for two days when I had it less than one day and I was being charged the higher price rather than then the discounted price since U-haul did not have the equipment I requested. Everything was quick and easy. Great Service - You did a great job and I would use this service without question - Thanks .. The guy that wrote my ticket was fantastic. He needs to have more help. There were 4 employees there, but he was the only one who knew how to write a ticket. He was great though! Employes were very helpful and responsive. This location was very quick with the check in process. Rude on the phone, in person and just all around not friendly. The Person took the order to me was not professional Laid back, snappy in his explaining about the turn in of the truck, and the gas. poorly trained person at the counter, it took 20 minutes to sell 2 boxes I always get excellent service when I use this facility and overall my experience with UHaul has been positive. Person filling in my contract was not very informative and I was overcharged for my rental and have yet to see my money returned. There was debri laying in the parking lot and at least 4 employees.

Would think they would have time to insure the place is spotless. Also, I was not greeted promptly and 2 employees just looked at me and went on servicing another vehicle then finally responded to me. Not a big deal but again, great customer service keeps people coming back. All-in-all a pleasant experience. Paid almost $200.00 more for truck than was quoted by Budget rental. Had to go with U Haul at last minute. Was not scheduled choice for pickup. Took 30 minutes to check in the trailer I rented. Only two people working, need someone just checking in equipment. Need more help to assist customers in a more timely manner....one person handling it all, people were waiting lengthy waits....I was one of the first ones in so my wait was not as lengthy. Representatives all were very courteous both picking up and dropping off. Great place never have any problems at this location Availability of trailers, I had to drive 120 miles round trip to go to Borger tx to pickup a trailer.

I made a mistake on entering the tow vehicle info. and the truck I wanted to put on the trailer didn't fit. U-haul people in Amarillo took care of me and refunded my money and were very nice to me about it. I thank you guys very much. The problem was definitely my fault. I am also a propane customer here at this location. Robert was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and quick. No issues with the equipment or the locations. Very good experience with U-Haul. I was expecting better inspection for a trailer traveling over 1,600 miles and instead I got a trailer with a wheel ( that literally fell off ) after it had to be towered to my final destination. Could have caused/ been in a serious accident but was yelled at to get off the highway...pulled into a rest stop then towed over 130 miles to my final destination. Not satisfied at all!!!! The software for reservations and billing were in the process of changing, however it failed on of the day I went to pick up a U-box but the team business unit responded by continuing to provide services without the benefit of having the support of the proprietary software.
