It was a perfect weekend and just what I needed to unwind! Beautiful views and scenery, peaceful front porch (the rocking chairs and windchimes are so relaxing!), friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, and great yoga classes. Beautiful place, views, rooms. Everything was perfect and the food to die for!!! They do Gluten and Dairy free but super delicious! The Yoga classes were great, as well as the massages.

Im definitely coming back:) Truly recommend spending a weekend or more here. We recently wanted a weekend getaway and chose the Dahlonega Spa and Resort (after some online research). It is close to Atlanta (less than 1.5 hour drive) and located near the city of Dahlonega. The property is lovely. The main building sits commandingly on a hilltop overlooking the 70 plus acres of rolling land, woods and a small lake. My honey and I decided to get away for the Valentine's weekend and picked this place because of positive reviews and recommendations. The whole resort is beautiful and had magnificent views of the mountains! We stayed in one of the cabins and it was very cozy! Simply decorated with traditional furnishings and peaceful "at home" fill. We went up to Dahlonega for a couple of nights to ring in the new year with some R&R. We stayed in the cottage suite, and were very pleased. It was spacious and clean. The service was the best I've experience, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

The area here is gorgeous, rolling hills, trees, mountain views, quite, all seen by sitting on the front porch. When we checked in we were informed we had been upgraded to the cottage. It was very nice. It had a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with couch and chairs. It also had two bedrooms,t one with a half bed and one...Staff is very attentive especially Gabrielle. Scenery is great and the hiking trail on property is nice. Coffee was almost always available. Our staff is always striving to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible. My husband and I just stayed 3 nights, it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was phenomenal, the rooms are beautiful, the food delicious. We had a room in the main house with a view of the mountains. I highly recommend this place.
