Andrew KasteBella Cera customer service - we built our home in June 2015 and finished our floor with over 1,000 sq ft of Corsica - LSB8777. It looked great for about two weeks. Then we noticed scratches from the install of appliances. We didn't think much of it until more wear appeared very soon after move in. We contacted our retailer who contacted someone that denied our 50 year finish warranty claim after only living in the house for 5 months (we finally got a response from our warranty claim from Tony R. at Struxtur, Inc. Warranty Claim #). Needless to say we are very disappointed. Install was as mfg directed and we immediately put chair pads on the bottoms of all our chairs. We have a dog that leaves some scratch marks but he weighs 55 pounds and is not abnormally 'rough' on the floor. The areas we are most concerned about weren't caused by the dog. I hope your company will reconsider our warranty claim. A 50 year warranty doesn't mean anything if the company doesn't stand behind it.

We had never had a hardwood floor before, but we are really glad we made this decision. It is a lot easier to take care of than we thought it might be.
