We have used the van quite a lot, including an extensive NSW and Queensland tour. Although it is still early days, I am very pleased with the build quality and in particular, the manufacturer's attention to weathersealing and the high quality windows fitted. There has only been a few very minor problems which I have attended to myself. I have no hesitation in recommending Lotus Caravans.

The wife and I decided we wanted a new caravan with more capability than our old on road tandem axle caravan. Our needs were for a dirt road van around 21' long. The van needed to be capable of free camping and remote area travel. We looked at a number of the "established" caravan builders. While they produced very capable caravans the price was a bit beyond budget. a bit of research online I found Lotus Caravans. The Lotus Trooper looked very much like the caravan we wanted. Lotus Caravans are a caravan builder who are very willing to listen to their customers and to convert that listening into a great caravan. The Lotus Trooper is already a well specified caravan as standard and when compared to similar caravans from other makers it is excellent value for money. It was a pleasent surprise to find that Lotus Caravans is also builder who doesn't lose interest in the customer once they have the money. The after sales service and factory support from Lotus Caravans is exceptional.
